Job Description
Step into the role of Project Supervisor for Abatement at our Vancouver branch, where you will lead site operations and mentor your team toward success in hazardous materials management.
This position ensures that projects are executed to completion through effective employee management and health and safety compliance. You'll collaborate with both Project Managers and Coordinators to facilitate successful project outcomes while maintaining a high standard of work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise on-site abatement activities with a focus on safety
• Provide coaching and support to team members
• Oversee necessary tools and equipment for abatement tasks
• Maintain client relationships and ensure project alignment
Requirements:
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in hazardous materials
• Asbestos Level 3 Certification necessary
• Demonstrated success in leading various crew sizes
• Strong communication and analytical skills
