Parsonsislooking for an amazingly talentedProject Technical Administratorto join our team! In this role, you will get towork in a substantial and critical area of project responsibility including performing both office and field activitiesfor the Faro Mine Remediation Project (FMRP).

WhatYou’llBe Doing:

  • Preparation of tender documents meeting the project requirements.
  • Supporting requests for clarification on issued documents, and issuance of addenda to tender documents.
  • Building new processes in SharePoint,Smartsheetsand integrating other apps into workflows for various project functions.
  • Supporting the drafting of contract documents, proposals, and other deliverables.
  • Assistingwith management and processing of invoices.
  • Assisting with QA/QC processes for construction, operations, and environmental teams.
