This full-time role reports to the Infrastructure Marketing and Promotions Manager. As a Promotions Specialist, you'll implement strategic plans for national and regional events, ensuring alignment with Stantec's brand guidelines. Key skills needed include exceptional organization, detail orientation, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams to achieve event-specific goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate strategic tradeshows, conferences, and events
• Develop advertising materials in partnership with design teams
• Manage sponsorship inquiries and deliverables
• Support photography plan implementation for projects
• Maintain a promotional database with analytics and recommendations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in marketing or related field
