Job Description
What will you do? Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly preparation & reporting of property financials including balance sheet, income statement, capital expenditures and leasing costs, annual operating cost recoveries, accounts receivable and bad debts/provisions;
Prepare monthly property-level financial analysis for the property managers;
Prepare revenue analysis and review for respective portfolio;
Complete recovery ratio analysis and provide commentary;
Participate in monthly operational/financial review meetings; and
Review, analyze and process property budgets.
