While the core requirement is at the Property Manager level, the team is open to considering more senior profiles where experience and leadership align with their long‑term ownership approach with a reflecting package.

They are a fourth‑generation organization with roots dating back to the 1920s, having developed and held properties in well‑established Vancouver neighbourhoods such as West Point Grey, Dunbar, Kitsilano, and East Vancouver.
