Responsibilities

• Coordinate lease enforcement policy to ensure tenant compliance of leases and implement appropriate remedies when tenants are in default of their lease guidelines and procedures, ensuring appropriate internal controls are maintained.
• Coordinate the preparation of building operating and capital budgets to ensure highest level of maintenance and integrity of properties and control operations within budget.
• Ensure all administrative procedures for A/R control, variance control, sales reporting, project approvals, environmental reporting, and lease documentation are completed correctly.
• Provide strategic direction and ongoing stewardship to ensure the long-term operational integrity and viability of our properties.
