- Must legally hold an active, verified RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) Broker Card, demonstrating full compliance with Dubai Land Department regulations for direct property sales.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of verifiable, high-volume real estate sales experience in the UAE, specifically targeting luxury off-plan developments and high-net-worth investors.
- Exceptional multilingual negotiation skills; absolute fluency in English is mandatory, while native-level proficiency in Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic provides a critical advantage for foreign investor conversion.
