Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational relations and interface with customers and warehouses to check availability of products needed to satisfy customer demands.
• Escalate complicated issues to senior levels.
• Prioritize, maintain, and place sales orders from received purchase orders, push requisitions to buyers, use several portals and revise inventory levels.
• Perform daily calls based on specifications and predefined procedures and processes to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Generate quotes (proposals) for our customers.
