Dimensions of Role

Support clients in a timely manner with everything related to AXA's organizational structure and have extensive knowledge of Global. HR tools to keep them up to date and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze in detail the requests received by Local HR to make sure that the information is accurate.
• Execute effectively the requests received by Local HR.
• Execute the requests within the established timeframes (SLA’s).
• Elaborate standardized and customized reports for Local HR (such as HR, IT, OPS, Finance, among others).
• Propose improvements for the PSP processes to provide a better, simpler, and more agile service to our customers.
• Correct operation and maintenance of AXA HR general systems (Oracle (YES Core), Taleo (YES Learning), Group Directory, Neocase (My HR Portal), among others).
