Overview

The Psychologist provides comprehensive assessment and intervention services to children or youth who exhibit behavioural, emotional, developmental, or mental health concerns, as well as other outstanding problems that affect functioning. The work involves delivering services through psychological assessments and consultation, while complying with Occupational Health and Safety standards for the hospital and proactively promoting a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive assessment and intervention services to children or youth with behavioural and emotional concerns, deliver psychological assessments and consultations, comply with Occupational Health and Safety standards, and promote a safe workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Required: Experience working with children or youth populations and concurrent psychiatric disorders.
