Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Hotel Sales Team
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, Banquet Event Orders (where applicable), and related documentation
- Coordinate client enquiries, follow-ups, and internal communications with relevant departments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, databases, and filing systems
- Support appointment scheduling, meetings, and client correspondence for the sales team
- Assist with report generation, lead tracking, and sales pipeline updates
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client requirements
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Executive Assistant Manager
