Responsibilities:

• Exude a positive, cheerful, team orientated, and welcoming environment for all customers shopping at our locations as well as the team members that you are working with daily.
• Provide and communicate direction of daily sales goals to all team members as set out by the Store Leader.
• Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Create a respectful, inclusive and positive work environment at all times.
• Ensure that store merchandising follows 5Buds cannabis standards at all times. Items are to be merchandised to approved themes and display cabinets will have product pricing placed in them at all times and updated accordingly with any changes.
• Ensure that the store is operating at 100% compliance with all SLGA regulations.
