This position is remote for Canadian candidates aiming to work in public safety environments. You will take charge of incident lifecycles and support processes, contributing to knowledge base improvements. Ideal candidates have three years of technical support experience and the ability to manage competing priorities under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer incidents through calls and emails
• Triage, document, and escalate issues according to SLAs
• Oversee incident resolution with focus on root causes
• Document knowledge articles for unaddressed problems
• Monitor service disruptions until restoration is achieved
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in a relevant technical support role
• Background in remote technical operations
