Job Description

Aston Carter's large client in Calgary is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join their team! This individual will provide critical administrative support to the Purchasing and Accounts Payable functions by ensuring that supplier invoices accurately match purchase orders and receiving documentation. The position focuses on invoice matching, reconciliation, and documentation control and does not involve purchasing, supplier negotiations, or direct procurement activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to build a long-term career and gain exposure to large-scale construction projects while receiving training and support from an experienced team.
