Job Description

Leinster Appointments is recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator. Dublin 12 Permanent, full time role. Fully office based. €35,000 - €40,000 DOE Main Duties Place purchase orders for direct deliveries and stock orders on Sage Process sales orders and maintain accurate records on Sage Obtain supplier confirmations and follow up on delivery schedules Request, track, and file Certificates of Analysis (COAs) Arrange transport collections for ex works shipments, including obtaining competitive quotes Coordinate delivery bookings with customers and warehouses Receipt stock orders on Sage and verify batch numbers and expiry dates against COAs and warehouse documentation Maintain accurate filing of goods inward documentation and related records Review stock levels and assist with supplier ordering requirements Support the sales team by advising when deliveries are completed for invoicing purposes Manage delivery issues, damages, and discrepancies with suppliers and maintain issue reports Mai...
