We are recruiting a Purchasing Administrator to work with a property related company in the Dublin 14 area, Dundrum. Hours are be 8.30am - 5.30pm. Parking is available. This role will start asap. Previous purchasing or sales support experience is preferable but open also to candidates with a minimum of 2 years administration experience. Job Summary We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to support the procurement and accounts payable functions across multiple entities within the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating purchase orders, managing supplier orders, checking supplier statements, and ensuring accurate processing of payment-related documentation.
