Acting as a key point of contact between the warehouse, internal teams, and suppliers, you will play a central role in managing purchasing activities and operational follow-up, from order creation through to receipt and system updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating Sales Orders in the management system (Sage)
• Preparing, validating, and issuing purchase orders to suppliers
• Monitoring order confirmations, delivery timelines, and ETAs
• Updating purchasing and project information in D-Tools
