• Defect Detection and Resolution: Successfully identify, report, and assist in resolving at least 95% of software defects before they reach the production environment.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of product functionality and architecture, evidenced by the ability to accurately answer inquiries related to these areas.
• Customer-Centric Development: Demonstrate a customer‑centric approach by advocating for end‑user needs during software development lifecycle.
