Key accountabilities:
- Manage the Oslo and Copenhagen QA team and strategy for critical projects
- Analyze specific team testing requirements, execute and automate report on expected test cases to meet the quality department’s objectives
- Create and execute component-level test plans and test cases
- Identify gaps and inconsistences based on product requirements and specifications
- Coordinate with other quality assurance units to meet company quality standards
- Coach and lead the Team towards the defined strategy for QA and testing, from tools to methodologies
**Profile**:
- Experience working in a global quality assurance team
- Experience managing QA and testing teams on a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
- Experience with the Agile project management methodology a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
