QE Lead

Location: Toronto, ON (4 days a week on site)

Senior QE Lead to own test strategy, drive automation and lead a team of 5 engineers in a Banking domain delivery setting. Equal parts hands‑on technologist and people leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a QE team of 5 engineers and own delivery quality end‑to‑end.
• Define test strategy, quality gates and metrics reporting cadence.
• Design and govern automation frameworks using Robot Framework and Playwright, enforce standards and CI/CD integration.
• Act as the primary QE point of contact for client stakeholders, communicate status, risks and release readiness clearly.
• Apply banking domain knowledge to validate critical business workflows and compliance‑sensitive test scenarios.
