Job Description
The Calibration Engineer is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the calibration system for all measurement and test equipment within the new Querétaro plant during the startup phase. This role ensures compliance with Schneider Electric standards, ISO requirements, and customer expectations, supporting product quality and manufacturing reliability. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage the calibration program for all inspection, measurement, and test equipment (IMTE).
Define and maintain calibration procedures, intervals, and methods, aligned with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, and Schneider Electric requirements.
Coordinate internal and external calibration activities, including supplier qualification and performance monitoring.
Ensure all equipment is properly identified, labeled, and traceable to national or international standards.
Support the startup phase by setting up calibration processes, documentation systems, and digital tools.
