The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated, results driven individual to join our Quality Assurance team. The Quality Manager will be based in Moncton, New Brunswick, and will be responsible for the leadership, development, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the Corporate Quality Assurance Program, including the maintenance of existing ISO Quality Certification.

Objective & Purpose

• The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
• The role drives operational excellence through statistical process control, supplier quality management, and structured problem-solving methodologies while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
