Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day food safety and quality assurance activities within the Hilton Foods Canada production facility. This role leads a team of QA Technicians and works closely with Production, Sanitation, and Maintenance to ensure products are manufactured in compliance with regulatory, customer, and company food safety standards. The QA Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining the facility’s HACCP and Preventive Control programs, supporting regulatory compliance with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), and ensuring the plant operates within GFSI-certified standards such as BRCGS or SQF. The position supports continuous improvement initiatives, product quality performance, and food safety culture across the site.
