Job Overview

In this job you will be responsible for inspecting and validating component parts and completing products for conformance to quality standards defined in drawings, bill of materials, check sheets and specifications as well as alignment to customer requirements and ISO standards.

As a Quality Inspector you will:

• Perform receiving inspection as required.
• Perform in‑process and final inspection tasks on all switches and part orders being shipped.
• Perform internal process/quality system audits as required, report all findings.
• Position has the authority to “shut down” non‑conforming processes after notifying Supervisor, Quality Manager and Director Operations.
• Apply sound judgment in making quality‑related decisions and problem solving.
• Communicate regularly and work cooperatively with subordinates, members of management, suppliers and other employees.
