The Quality & Lean Leader for the GSI Latin America (LAM) region is a leadership role responsible for driving a Quality First culture and operational excellence across our complex project portfolio. The primary objective is to minimize the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) by integrating proactive risk mitigation and Lessons Learned into the commercial phase, and ensuring robust non-conformity management during the execution phase.

**Essential Responsibilities** :

+ Lead preventive quality reviews during the proposal phase, leveraging lessons learned to identify and mitigate project risks early.
+ Conduct quality risk assessments on priority projects and ensure mitigation actions are documented, tracked, and closed.
+ Monitor and analyze COPQ trends, identify key failure drivers, and implement corrective actions to reduce financial impact.
