**Descripción y Requisitos**:
- Proven experience at least 5 years in Automotive Manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Systems Standards IATF***** and VDA6.3.
- Proficient and experienced in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D); GD&T
- Strong knowledge on Straight Molding and Insert Molding, Electrical Test and Leak Testing Manufacturing processes, as well as multiple assembly and manufacturing categories.
- Knowledge on DOE, PokaYokes, QFD, Risk Assessment.
- Use and handling of basic and medium complexity Measurement equipment.
- Strong leadership, skills and proven experience in Problem Solving methodologies, able to manage multidisciplinary Team members.
- Reading and interpretation of Engineering Specifications.
- Fluent in English language (Spoken, written), able to effectively communicate at all levels within the Organization.
German language is a plus.
