Job Description
Duties
- Reporting to the General Manager, the Quality Manager will contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the company's quality management and continuous improvement activities.
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Review and maintain the quality management system documentation, including all company processes and work instructions.
- Work closely with production personnel to perform various follow-ups or interventions and ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
- Conduct internal audits of products, processes, and systems.
- Manage the internal and external non-conformance process.
- Lead problem-solving workshops.
- Review and maintain the production employee training system.
- Maintain statistics related to product quality monitoring and identify opportunities for improvement.
