Overview

Quality Senior Specialist – QA Engineering at Baker Hughes. Responsible for ensuring effective application of the Baker Hughes Quality Management System (QMS) and customer requirements for the relevant scope of work in subsea equipment manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Implement quality requirements into product specification and ensure compliance at execution locations.
• Run product quality audits and walks frequently to certify that project requirements are flowed down.
• Collaborate with product delivery team on identifying and reporting out punch‑list for closure.
• Interface with customer site representatives, third‑ and second‑party inspectors during execution, including inspection notification.
• Establish the Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans and other project quality children documents.
• Lead Go/No‑Go process for fabrication start and facilitate pre‑production meetings.
