Join our team as a Quality Superintendent in Guadalajara. The objective of this role is to ensure the achievement of internal and customer quality requirements within the assigned manufacturing area or business unit by maintaining a robust and healthy quality management system, while developing and executing strategic quality plans that drive continuous improvement and ensure the attainment of defined quality targets.

Our Team

We lead the quality team in daily operations, develop and manage quality control plans, investigate and resolve quality issues, and monitor key metrics to ensure compliance with internal and customer standards. We collaborate with suppliers, conduct training sessions to promote quality awareness, and prepare performance reports for leadership.
