Position Summary

Ensure quality in manufacturing processes and products through monitoring and execution of the quality system.

Responsibilities

• Manage the attendance of personnel in charge such as inspectors, quality leaders, hourly and first samples.
• Ensuring staff scheduling for overtime.
• Audits of quality process and L1/L2 security.
• Provide support to any situation that threatens the process or product or quality system.
• Monitor quality TIBs in assigned cells.
• Follow up on corrective actions proposed by the multifunctional team, such as reflected in the top 25, press boards and/or TIB's.
• Effective communication with support and production departments such as visual aids, updating criteria, new customer complaints, alerts.
• Ensure the escalation process for risk situations to the process and/or product according to the escalation process.
