Job Description What You’ll Do
- Coordinate spot quote requests across our international network
- Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Manage customer deadlines and update internal systems consistently
- Support win‑ratio and revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
- Collaborate closely with Account Management and partner branches
- Track KPIs and contribute to performance and process improvements
- Logistics experience in air, ocean, and/or road freight is valuable but not mandatory — we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and transport documentation is an advantage.
