Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned RF Radar Engineer with 8+ years of experience in radar system validation, RF hardware testing, and performance evaluation. The role focuses on hands-on Radar System testing, troubleshooting, and qualification of radar systems to ensure compliance with defense and aerospace standards

Core Technical Skills

  • Experience in working on phased-array radar systems, pulsed-Doppler Radar Systems.
  • Experience in handling Antenna Systems, RF front-end modules, LNAs, PAs, mixers, filters, and synthesizers.
  • Fundamental Knowledge in understanding of radar waveforms (pulsed, FMCW, chirp, phased-array), Doppler processing (MTI, FFT-based detection, clutter suppression), Range/Doppler estimation using matched filtering, correlation, and FFT, Beamforming algorithms (digital and hybrid beamforming for phased arrays), CFAR (Constant False Alarm Rate), Kalman filters, particle filters.
