As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing all diagnostic X‑ray examinations, ensuring high quality images while adhering to safety and procedural guidelines, and providing a friendly patient experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Performs radiology procedures under the guidelines written in the Radiology Policy and Procedure Manual
• Adheres to all safety guidelines such as wearing a personal dosimetry monitoring device during all working hours and standing behind protective barriers during production of x‑rays
• Follows standing orders and repeat imaging policies
• Is responsible for knowing exams ordered and radiologist protocol for that exam, including but not limited to proper positioning, proper shielding of the patient, and technique needed to ensure diagnostic quality images while minimizing patient exposure
• Reviews schedules at least 24‑48 hours in advance
