:We are looking for two (2) Rail Transload Operator's one (1) based out of Standard General’s Acheson, AB location and one (1) located out of Standard General’s Windfall Pit located by Whitecourt.The Rail Transload Operator is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient movement of rail cars, locomotives, and the loading/unloading process of the aggregate materials. This seasonal full-time position operates normally between but is not limited to the months of April and November with the possibility of travel to other locations within the Greater Edmonton Region.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for understanding, supporting, promoting, and leading all aspects of Standard General’s safety programs and initiatives for their area of responsibility, including Goal Zero.
