Job Description

As a Ramp Lead you will manage baggage and freight, operate equipment, provide guidance to Ramp Agents, and ensure safety and optimal customer service.

1. Safe and productive loading and unloading of cargo and passenger baggage; prepare aircraft for arrival and departure.
2. Effectively communicate and coordinate crew and operational flight activities with all stakeholders.
3. Marshalling or towing aircraft to gate positions for passenger boarding and de‑planing.
