Must-have demonstrable skills & expertise:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication, executive presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Proven hands‑on pre‑sales and solution‑architecture experience in the RAN / Open RAN domain for mobile operators and/or telecommunication vendors, including ownership of RFx responses and customer‑facing technical engagements.
• Deep, demonstrable expertise across 4G LTE and 5G NR (NSA and SA) radio – RF design and planning, link budgets, coverage and capacity dimensioning, massive‑MIMO and beamforming, and spectrum strategy across low-, mid- and mmWave bands.
• Strong working knowledge of O‑RAN architecture – 7.2x functional split, O‑RU / O‑DU / O‑CU, Open Fronthaul, and the A1 / E2 / O1 / O2 interfaces – and of fronthaul transport and synchronization (eCPRI, IEEE 1588 PTP, SyncE).
