RESPOSOBILITIES

• Monthly maintenance of the general ledger.
• Monthly calculation of cash calls and distributions, where required.
• Coordinate and prepare full‑year estimates and annual operating budgets.
• Prepare year‑end working paper files for external audits, where required.
• Calculate and process final recovery invoices.
• Complete and distribute reports, including client reporting and external appraisal packages.
• Review tenant lease maintenance, including operating charges, updating future year pre‑bills, and future year rental payment schedules.
