Position Description

The successful candidate will support the asset management and optimization of a mixed portfolio of mainly office and residential properties. More specifically, he/she will be responsible for leasing, tenant relationship management , coordinating maintenance, repair and renovation works, overseeing day to day property operations, property supervision and assisting in evaluating new investments and asset sales. The role also involves communication and oversight of external partners (real estate brokers, contractors, consultants and legal advisors) and contribution to financial monitoring and reporting, ensuring the efficient management and performance of the assets.
