Our client in Toronto, ON is actively looking for a Real Estate Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the primary owner for updating all lease information within the lease administration system after full execution.

  • Reviews executed leases, renewals, amendments, assignments, and formal notices to accurately extract, verify, and interpret key data points such as terms, options, rent schedules, escalations, CAM details, and critical dates.

  • Ensures timely and accurate data entry in accordance with established service-level expectations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
