Shell Canada is seeking a Real Estate Manager to join its team in Calgary. The Real Estate Manager leads the delivery of Shell Canada’s retail real estate strategy, ensuring strong governance, operational excellence, and long‑term growth of the retail network. This role oversees all real estate activities, including acquisitions, leases, renewals, dispositions, expropriations, and property management, while managing key internal and external partners such as Legal, Real Estate, and external real estate partners. You will manage a team of Property Managers and Paralegals to ensure effective portfolio stewardship, document handling, adherence to established quality standards, compliance, and execution across more than 500 sites in Canada.
