POSITION DESCRIPTION DBL Law is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal for Excel Title in Kettering, OH.

The person in this position will provide support for the residential Real Estate group, and for the Commercial Group as needed.

JOB DUTIES Assist with the completion of real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements, reviewing title reports, assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents, and disbursing funds.

Assist with the preparation and review of closing documents and closing reports checking for completeness and accuracy and obtaining signatures.

Assist with the preparation of HUD/Settlement Statement/CD by utilizing lender instructions.
