Position Summary

We are looking for a Property Project Manager to play a key role in planning and coordinating renovation work in the buildings under his/her responsibility.

Galion’s portfolio consists of some twenty office and light industrial buildings, a convenience shopping center and 43 service stations with retail space. • Participate in the analysis and evaluation of projects required in the buildings under your responsibility, as well as in the preparation of annual budgets.
• Plan and define work scope, budget and schedule.
