Responsibilities
- Manage 80+ transactions in a pipeline.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and growth-minded.
- Weekend availability when needed.
- If with kids, must have reliable childcare in place during working hours to prevent distraction.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator (real estate preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills.
