Job Description

CPL are currently seeking a Receptionist for a holiday cover contract with their client based in Cork City Centre.

  • 13th of May to the 3rd of June
  • 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • 5 days (Mon to Fri)
  • Fully onsite
  • Immediate Requirement

    • Responsibilities:

  • Act as point of contact, responsible for greeting visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring timely and accurate message taking.
  • Follow security procedures, monitor logbooks and issue visitor badges.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area. and meeting rooms.
  • Opening and closing of the building
  • Offer admin support as needed.

    • Requirements

  • Experience in a similar admin/reception role
  • Heavily dependable and responsible
  • Highly proficient with MS Office - specifically Excel
  • Systems savy
  • Strong interpersonal skills
