Job Description
Are you looking for part time work to augment your week?
We are looking for an experienced receptionist / administrator to help one of our clients on the following dates June 9th, June 12th and June 26th - additional shifts may be added.What We Offer:
Salary: $22.00 per hour
Job Type/Shift: 8.30am - 5.00pm - 1 hour lunch break
What You'll Do:
Answer and direct phone calls or take messages for appropriate parties.
Greet and assist incoming visitors and direct as needed
Enter and maintain required administrative tasks
Assist with paperwork as needed
What We're Looking For:
Experience in administration and or reception duties
Experience within a healthcare environment would be an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
