The Receptionist/Concierge will take direction from the office of the CEO, by providing an exceptional customer experience, support with internal facilities activities, and collaborate with team members. This position is our gatekeeper to start a pleasant partnership with our clients.
What you will do:
- Manage all front desk activities
- Meet, greet, and guide our clients and partners
- Perform various administrative tasks (coordinating meeting rooms and others). Manage expenses and work directly with our CEO
