Gross monthly salary: MXN $20,000

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:36 p.m.

30-minute lunch break

Two 15-minute breaks

2 days off



What you’ll do



Manage accounts 360+ days past due.

Review payment history and account activity.

Negotiate payment arrangements.

Document account activity and escalations.



Requirements



1–2 years in collections or Accounts Receivable.

Bilingual English and Spanish.

Excel proficiency with filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
