Position Summary
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for recruiting all positions within the assigned business unit, including supervisory/management roles in Shipboard Operations.
The role reports directly to the Director, Shipboard Recruiting and operates from the Mexico City office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for internally and externally recruiting all positions within the assigned business unit, up to and including Leadership/Manager level roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to review and understand forecasted talent needs and respond to just‐in‐time requests.
Manage sourcing tactics to proactively develop talent pools aligned with business needs.
Actively source passive candidates using sourcing tools, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and cold‐calling techniques.
Maintain recruitment SOPs, documentation, and system updates in real time.
