You have an advisory role towards hiring managers, and you provide them with the right tools to make the best possible hiring decision.

You will:

• Take the lead during the hiring process from candidate touch to onboarding and act as an advisor between our internal organization and the labor market;
• Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and your direct Manager to identify needs within the business;
• Create an amazing hiring manager - candidate experience;
• Find creative ways to attract candidates in a competitive labor market, including sourcing;
• Offer continuous support with relevant knowledge and information from the market and regular reporting to your stakeholders;
