We are searching for a dynamic and experienced associate to serve as a MX Recruiting Coordinator within the Tech Talent Acquisition organization. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you have the opportunity to support an operation that delivers the facilitation and scheduling of logistical requirements for candidate interviews at Capital One. The ideal candidate will be a great team player, accountable for achieving all business goals while delivering on operational execution for the Talent Acquisition team. A strong cultural focus on people, coupled with providing “World-Class” guest experiences within our recruiting areas are critical outcomes for this role.
